Mundo Da Jogada was born from a friendship forged over late-night poker sessions and shared meals. Founders Jack Morrison and Elena Vasquez, both Sydney hospitality veterans, envisioned a place where the conviviality of a great restaurant meets the strategic thrill of Texas Hold’em.
Jack's background in fine dining management brought the operational precision of a top-tier kitchen and floor.
